This is a full-time, remote role for a Bootcamp Delivery Expert. In this position, you will oversee the seamless delivery of bootcamp sessions, ensuring a positive experience for all participants. Key responsibilities include customer service, coordinating with teams, assisting with recruitment efforts, and facilitating participant integration into programs. You will work collaboratively to maintain effective operations and contribute to the success of the bootcamp initiatives. Qualifications

Proficient in Customer Service with strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience in Recruiting and onboarding participants or team members Demonstrated ability in Teamwork and collaborating effectively with diverse teams Competence in facilitating Integration processes and supporting participants or new hires Excellent organizational and time-management skills Flexibility to work in a remote environment and adapt to dynamic work scenarios Prior experience in education, bootcamp management, or legal training is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

- Email campaigns & learner communication - Video script writing - Ad copy for Meta / Google / LinkedIn - Landing page content - Bootcamp coordination & learner engagement

Ideal Candidate:

✔ Strong copywriting skills ✔ Email marketing / CRM exposure ✔ Basic marketing metrics understanding ✔ Experience managing cohorts is a plus

₹60000 – ₹75000 Fixed + Up to ₹25,000 Incentives
