About Wiser
Wiser helps Shopify brands increase their AOV and sales through AI-powered recommendations and upsell tools across the customer journey — including product pages, checkout, cart drawer, post-purchase, and thank-you page.
We are hiring an Account Executive to convert qualified leads into paying customers, especially for our Enterprise plan, by demonstrating ROI and business value.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct demo calls with qualified Shopify brands
Understand merchant challenges related to AOV and conversions
Position Wiser as a revenue growth solution
Convert trial users into paying enterprise customers
Explain ROI of upsell and cross-sell features
Manage deal pipeline from demo to close
Address pricing objections using value-based selling
Collaborate with Customer Success team post-sale
Achieve monthly revenue targets
✅ Requirements
2–5 years experience in SaaS sales
Experience selling to e-commerce / Shopify brands preferred
Strong demo and objection handling skills
Experience closing recurring subscription deals
Ability to explain ROI to non-technical users
Familiar with CRM tools
KPIs
Demo to Close rate
