ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a sharp, data-driven, and strategically minded Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn for our diverse roster of clients. You will be the driving force behind lead generation, ROAS optimization, and growth marketing for high-profile brands including luxury real estate, fashion, and lifestyle clients. This is not a support role you will have full ownership of performance marketing strategy, execution, and reporting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan, launch, manage, and optimize end-to-end paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax), YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Develop full-funnel strategies — from awareness to lead generation to retargeting — tailored to each client’s business goals. Own monthly media plans, budget allocation, bid strategies, and pacing across all platforms. Run rigorous A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages. Analytics & Optimization Set up and maintain conversion tracking infrastructure — Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager, GA4, LinkedIn Insight Tag. Monitor campaigns daily and optimize for CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and other KPIs. Build and maintain performance dashboards (Google Data Studio / Looker Studio or equivalent). Perform deep-dive analysis on campaign performance, audience behavior, and funnel drop-offs. Creative & Content Collaboration Write clear creative briefs for the design and video teams based on performance data and platform best practices. Identify winning ad formats, messaging angles, and hooks for each client vertical. Collaborate with the content and social media teams to align organic and paid strategies. Client Management & Reporting Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients. Join client calls and provide strategic recommendations backed by data. Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables with professionalism and clarity. Industry Awareness & Growth Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, new ad formats, and industry trends. Conduct competitor ad research using tools like Meta Ad Library, SEMrush, and SpyFu. Contribute to new business pitches with performance marketing strategies and projections. MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Proven track record of managing monthly ad spends of ₹5L+ across platforms with measurable results. Expert-level knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube Ads. Strong command of GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and attribution models. Experience with real estate, luxury, or lifestyle brand performance marketing is highly preferred. Ability to think strategically while executing tactically — you’re equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and a strategy meeting. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). GOOD TO HAVE Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint Certification. Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, LeadSquared) and lead quality tracking. Familiarity with landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage) and CRO principles. Experience with programmatic advertising or OTT platforms. Basic knowledge of SEO and how organic and paid search complement each other. Exposure to marketing automation tools and workflows. WHY STREEVIA STUDIO?
