Role Description

This is a contract role for a Freelance Beauty Technician. The position follows a hybrid model, requiring availability in and around Mumbai but also allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include providing beauty treatments such as skincare, haircare, and makeup services to clients, consulting clients on their beauty needs, and maintaining tools and hygiene standards. Excellent client interaction and ensuring customer satisfaction are integral to this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Skincare techniques, and expertise in professional facial protocols. Experience in Nail Art, Spa treatments, and other beauty-related services. Strong client-facing skills, including communication, consultation, and customer service abilities. Good understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards within the beauty industry. Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and adapt to a hybrid work model. Experience in using modern beauty tools and equipment is an advantage. Relevant certifications or training in beauty treatments are preferred. Any prior experience in freelancing or managing individual client portfolios is a plus.
