STEM Activity Developer/Toy Designer

Location: Noida, Sector 63 Experience: Minimum 3+ years’ experience Work Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (work from office) Work Days: Monday to Saturday (two Saturdays off in a month, after probation) ABOUT THE ROLE- Aviotron Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. is India’s leading K–12 experiential Ed-tech company building industrial-grade STEAM skill labs and hands-on learning kits. We are looking for a STEM Activity Developer to design engaging, hands-on STEM activities that help students learn by building, experimenting and exploring. This role focuses on creating activity-based learning experiences for K–12 students using DIY kits, lab tools and real-world problem scenarios. You’ll play a key role in shaping activities used in AeroBay Labs, Kintaro DIY kits, school programs and national-level competitions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- ·

Design age-appropriate STEM activities aligned with STEM concepts and experiential learning ·

Develop activity manuals, instructions, worksheets and assessments ·

Convert science and engineering concepts into fun, build-based activities ·

Work on kits involving mechanics, basic electronics, energy, motion, structures and design ·

Test activities to ensure clarity, safety and classroom feasibility ·

Collaborate with training and product teams to refine activities based on feedback

Requirements

·

Minimum qualification – graduation, 3+ year experience in STEM education, activity development or hands-on teaching ·

Strong understanding of school-level science and basic engineering concepts ·

Ability to simplify concepts for young learners ·

Comfortable working with DIY kits, tools and materials ·

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail ·

Passion for experiential learning and innovation
