Role Purpose

The SAP Cloud Security Senior Lead will play a critical role in the Enterprise Digital Core program, which introduces new cloud systems and technologies (including SAP BTP, Cloud ALM, and SAP Identity Authentication Services). Reporting to the SAP Security Senior Manager, this role will:

- Assist in defining and executing the application security strategy for new SAP cloud systems. - Focus on role-based access control, user provisioning, and identity governance. - Collaborate with team leads and users to define access requirements, build access groupings, facilitate security testing, and oversee user access procedures and identity lifecycle governance. - Provide guidance and oversight for ongoing operations of SAP cloud solutions.

Hiring Requirements

What are we looking for?

- Experience: - 8+ years in SAP security projects, ideally on large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs. - Technical Skills: - SAP application security, IT controls, RBAC strategies, segregation of duties, user access management (provisioning, reviews, terminations, SSO). - Hands-on experience with SAP cloud solutions (SAP BTP, Datasphere, Integration Suite, Cloud ALM), SAP Cloud Identity Services (CIS), and SAP Cloud Identity and Access Governance (IAG). - Integration of SAP IAS with corporate identity tools (Active Directory, Okta). - Adaptability: - Ability to learn new technologies and apply RBAC concepts for efficient and compliant solution design. - Communication: - Strong written and verbal skills, able to present security topics to both technical and business audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement security roles and processes in SAP cloud systems. - Create test plans, set up testing environments, and ensure thorough testing of cloud security roles. - Assist in planning and incorporating security tasks for cloud systems into S/4HANA implementation timelines and status reports. - Document cloud security design, configuration, and access procedures. - Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for the Mars SAP Security AMS support team. - Ensure consistent implementation of security solutions aligned with centrally defined standards for the S/4HANA model. - Collaborate with SAP and external consulting partners, oversee contractors, and review project deliverables.
