Assistant Manager – Finance

Reporting to:

Head of Finance

Location: Role will initially be

hybrid between Wai and Pune Over time, the role will

transition to Pune-based

Roles & Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations Support statutory, internal, and tax audits Drive finance process improvements and automation Identify process gaps and implement better controls Play a key role in

upcoming ERP selection and implementation Lead and coordinate the

IND AS transition Work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization

Role Requirement - Must Have Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Self-driven and high on learnability Good coordination and communication skills Working knowledge of

Tally Prime - Good to Have Exposure to manufacturing or FMCG sector Experience in audit, process improvement, or system implementation Interest in finance transformation roles

Education:

Chartered Accountant

Experience : 0–4 years post-qualification experience (CA)
