Environment, Health and Safety Manager

We are looking for a Head of HSE with 15-20 years of experience to champion our Zero Harm mission in the Gas-Power sector.

Job role should involve in:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive HSE Management System (HSEMS) in line with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015. - Conduct detailed HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) and JSA (Job Safety Analysis) for high-risk activities like turbine dismantling and ODC (Over-Dimensional Cargo) movement. - Lead the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Disaster Management protocols for the project site. - Dismantling & Rigging Safety: Certify and oversee complex heavy-lift plans, ensuring all lifting tools and tackles (LTT) have valid TPI (Third Party Inspection) certificates. - Electrical Safety: Enforce strict LOTO (Lock-Out, Tag-Out) procedures during decommissioning. - Confined Space & Height Work: Establish rigorous permit-to-work (PTW) systems for boiler internal inspections and chimney/structural erection.

The candidate must be an expert in:

- The Factories Act, 1948: Specific to the Power Industry and Construction (BOCW Act). - Environment Protection Act & Rules: Compliance with MoEFCC and CPCB guidelines. - Indian Explosives Act / PESO: Safety standards for Gas Skids and Fuel storage. - CEA Safety Regulations: "Measures Relating to Safety and Electric Supply" (2010/2023). - Crisis Management: Ability to lead accident investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques like Five-Why or Fishbone. - Audit Leadership: Lead internal and external HSE audits and manage "Safety Cultural Transformation" programs. - Relocation Expertise: Specialized knowledge of safety risks associated with moving legacy assets (asbestos handling, structural fatigue, etc.).

Requirements:

Any Graduation+Diploma in Industrial safety | CCPP Experience| Nebosh Certified | Expert in Indian Statutory Safety Norms.
