We’re Hiring: Inventory & Dispatch Executive

Location: Jaipur Company: Malverra (Western Womenswear D2C Brand)

Malverra is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory & Dispatch Executive

to manage our inventory room and ensure smooth courier dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize inventory room efficiently • Maintain accurate stock records • Coordinate daily order packing and courier dispatch • Ensure correct product tagging, folding, and packaging • Handle inward and outward stock entries • Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills • Attention to detail • Basic computer knowledge (Excel preferred) • Ability to manage physical stock carefully • Responsible and disciplined work attitude

Prior experience in e-commerce inventory or warehouse operations is a plus.
