Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for an Admissions Counselor located in Ahmedabad. The Admissions Counselor will provide expert guidance to students in selecting courses and universities, assist with admissions and visa application processes, and deliver excellent customer service to address student concerns. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with prospective students and their families, maintaining records, and providing support tailored to individual goals and aspirations.

Qualifications Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to effectively interact with students and their families. Customer Service skills to address queries and provide a seamless counseling experience. Sales experience to guide students and negotiate effectively when needed. Experience in study abroad Education, including knowledge of international education systems and admission processes, is preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficient in relevant computer applications and data management systems. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
