The Role This role owns the execution architecture of Speed Radio. You are responsible for how work moves from idea to production. You will define, enforce, and evolve the delivery system that governs clarity, accountability, and release integrity across engineering, QA, product, and ML.

What You Will Own: Delivery Architecture Define sprint structure and scope discipline Establish and enforce clear Definition of Done across teams Map dependencies and maintain execution visibility Build and maintain the release readiness framework Release Discipline Implement production validation protocols Define defect severity and escalation standards Structure post-release reviews and learning loops Execution Visibility Identify risks before they impact delivery Resolve cross-team bottlenecks Track and improve delivery predictability Operational Standards Enforce sprint hygiene Maintain documentation discipline Create accountability loops across teams

What Success Looks Like Within 6 months: Predictable sprint cadence Reduced production regressions Release protocols consistently followed Within 12 months: Delivery discipline embedded culturally Minimal reactive firefighting Clear ownership across execution layers

Requirements 3–4 years experience in delivery or program management Experience working in a mobile product environment Strong understanding of SDLC Comfortable operating in early-stage ambiguity Ability to manage cross-functional engineering teams
