Position: Administrative Manager – People, Services & Campus Life
Job Description:
The Administrative Manager – People, Services & Campus Life is responsible for the end-to-end management of administrative systems and student-facing campus services. The role ensures smooth, disciplined, compliant, and student-centric campus operations while coordinating across multiple service functions and stakeholders.
Qualification:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Required Skills:
Administrative systems and process management
Vendor and contract management
Stakeholder coordination and service delivery
Compliance, documentation, and reporting
Strong people management and communication skills
Problem-solving and operational discipline
Required Experience: 8 –12 years of relevant experience in:
University or educational institutions, or
Hospitals, large residential campuses, or service-intensive organizations.
Proven experience in manpower management, vendor coordination, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Systems & Governance
Manage administrative systems, policies, SOPs, manuals, and documentation.
Ensure effective implementation and periodic review of administrative processes.
Maintain records, reports, and MIS for administrative functions.
Procurement, Stores & Asset Management
Oversee purchase, stores, inventory control, and documentation.
Manage asset lifecycle including tagging, tracking, physical verification, and audits.
Coordinate internal and external audits related to administration and assets.
Campus Services & Operations
Supervise security services, access control systems, and incident reporting mechanisms.
Oversee catering and mess operations, including pantry services and service quality.
Manage hostel operations, student discipline, room allotments, and related services.
Oversee guest house operations including bookings, hospitality standards, and upkeep.
Manage front office and reception services, including infrastructure booking and allotment.
Coordinate transport services and campus logistics.
Student Life, Health & Recreation
Oversee medical services, sports facilities, and gym operations.
Ensure scheduling, safety, hygiene, and compliance with institutional standards.
Compliance & Liaison
Ensure administrative compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with government bodies, local authorities, and service agencies as required.
Events & Campus Engagement
Plan, coordinate, and support events such as convocations, official functions, and campus programs.
Coordinate logistics, manpower, and service arrangements for institutional events.
Vendor & Manpower Management
Manage vendors, service providers, and outsourced manpower.
Monitor performance, service levels, and contract compliance.
