Key Roles & Responsibilities Assess and diagnose

speech, language, and communication disorders

in children Evaluate

articulation, fluency, voice, and receptive & expressive language skills Develop and implement

individualized therapy plans

based on developmental needs Provide

speech and language therapy

using evidence-based practices Address

feeding and swallowing difficulties

, where applicable Support children with

Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, and learning disabilities Implement

AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) systems

for non-verbal or minimally verbal children Collaborate with

parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams Educate caregivers on

home-based communication strategies Monitor progress and

modify therapy goals

as required Maintain

accurate clinical documentation and progress reports Participate in

early intervention and school-based programs Who Can Apply Freshers with a degree in

Speech & Hearing / BASLP / MASLP Strong interest in
