Responsibilites:

- Design high-converting creatives for social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), performance ads (Meta, Google Display, YouTube), website banners & landing pages (Figma), emailers & push notifications as well as WhatsApp & Telegram promotional creatives. - Develop campaign visuals for promotions such as deposit bonuses, trading competitions, cashback, educational webinars, rebate campaigns, and masterclasses. - Create engaging motion graphics and short video creatives for reels and ads. - Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels. - Work closely with the marketing team to meet campaign deadlines and optimization needs. - Stay updated with design trends, ad creative trends, and fintech/forex industry visuals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. - 2 to 4+ years of experience in digital marketing design. - Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro, and Canva will be a bonus - Have a strong understanding of performance marketing creatives, conversion-focused design, social media formats & ad specifications. - Basic understanding of trading/forex industry is a plus. - Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling ability. - Deadline-oriented mindset
