We’re looking for a
Growth & Partnerships Manager
to help scale QuickReturns through strategic partnerships across the e-commerce ecosystem. You will work with agencies, platforms, logistics partners, and communities to drive distribution, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Build and manage partnerships with Shopify agencies, D2C consultants, technology platforms, and logistics partners
Develop referral, reseller, and affiliate partner programs
Generate leads and revenue through partner channels and manage the partner pipeline
Launch co-marketing campaigns and GTM initiatives with partners
Identify and drive integrations with e-commerce, logistics, payments, and support platforms
Represent QuickReturns in e-commerce communities, events, and webinars
Track partner performance, optimise partner-led growth, and identify new acquisition channels
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or growth
Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or the D2C ecosystem preferred
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to drive partnerships and growth initiatives end-to-end
