Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Turn-Mill Set-Up Programmer located in Belgaum, Karnataka. The responsibilities include programming, setting up, and operating CNC Turn-Mill machines to produce precision components according to specifications. Daily tasks involve developing and optimizing CNC programs, ensuring the quality of outputs, troubleshooting machine issues, and enabling enhancements in machining processes. Collaboration with the team and maintaining consistent workflow will be essential.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Programming, particularly CNC Turn-Mill Programming, to develop efficient and precise machine codes. - Strong skills in Machining, including understanding of tool selection, materials, and quality assurance techniques. - Capability in Teaching or mentoring others to share knowledge and support skill development within the team. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills. - Attention to detail and ability to operate in a high-precision manufacturing environment. - Experience in the Medical Device, Aerospace, or General Engineering industries is advantageous. - Diploma or degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field is preferred.
