Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for Tele Calling - Service Reminders at VOIZ. The role involves contacting customers to provide timely service reminders, managing follow-ups, and addressing customer queries professionally. The selected candidate will maintain accurate call records, ensure adherence to designated scripts, and create a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Proficiency in English and Kannada
Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle customer interactions professionally
Basic computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with CRM systems
Organizational and time management skills for managing calls and follow-ups efficiently
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and meet performance targets
Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or a similar role is beneficial
Week-offs : 1/Rotational
Salary : INR 16,000 - 17,000 Per month
