, understands architectural intent, and can independently design, coordinate, and deliver MEP systems across multiple project types. Location:

What You’ll Do Independently design and develop HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical & ELV systems Own MEP scope from early design → DD → IFC → construction support Coordinate directly with architects, structural engineers, and consultants Review drawings, specs, calculations, and BOQs Identify clashes early and propose constructible, cost-effective solutions Support India projects with global design standards and best practices Handle multiple projects without micromanagement

What We’re Looking For Strong fundamentals in MEP design and coordination Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information High initiative, accountability, and problem-solving mindset Clear communication and documentation skills Experience across residential, commercial, institutional, education, and high-rise

This Role Is NOT For Engineers who need step-by-step direction People who only draft what they are told “Single-system specialists” with no coordination mindset

Qualifications Strong knowledge of Plumbing systems and Electrical Engineering Experience working on Building Services and MEP systems for construction projects Load calculations, sizing, schematics, risers Basic cost and constructability awareness Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively Excellent communication, teamwork skills, and the ability to collaborate with architects and contractors Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulatory compliance requirements Experience in design software - AutoCAD (mandatory), Revit MEP (preferred), or similar tools is an advantage
