We are looking for a senior-level

Fundraising & Business Development professional

to lead strategic fundraising efforts for an impact-driven organisation in the education and development space. The role requires a proactive, results-oriented leader with a proven track record of securing and managing institutional funding from CSR partners, philanthropic foundations, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

Key Responsibilities: Fundraising Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement a fundraising strategy targeting CSR, institutional donors, foundations, and HNIs; build pipelines, set quarterly targets, and track progress. Donor Engagement & Relationship Management:

Cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing donors; represent the organization in meetings, pitches, and external forums; lead donor stewardship efforts. Proposal & Communication Development:

Craft high-quality proposals, grant applications, concept notes, and reports; collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and compelling narratives. Donor Reporting & Compliance:

Ensure timely reporting and maintain documentation for all grants, proposals, and MOUs; establish systems for donor communication and knowledge management. Internal Collaboration:

Align fundraising efforts with organizational goals and contribute to visibility and positioning. Qualifications & Skills: 9+ years of experience in fundraising or institutional business development within nonprofits or CSR. Proven success in raising and managing significant funding from CSR or philanthropic partners. Strong understanding of the Indian CSR and philanthropic landscape, particularly in education or development. Excellent proposal writing, communication, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented. Passion for social impact and equity in education.
