About Role:
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager handling the US Market. The primary responsibility of the candidate is to identify scalable opportunities and farm growth within existing onboarded accounts in the US Market. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of account management success, strong work ethics, excellent communication skills and understanding of digital media and advertising solutions.
Roles & Responsibility:
Grow the existing business and scale business through search networks.
Develop sales collaterals and business proposals and media plans.
Own revenue retention and growth targets for assigned accounts.
Drive margin improvement through performance optimisation.
Monitor budget pacing and forecast revenue performance.
Maintain client relations independently along with monitoring campaigns daily and recommend improvements.
Manage the account, internal processes, and deliverables from start to end of ad campaigns.
Exposure towards media relationship with the largest brands and agencies.
Take key business decisions related to new and existing brands in the US Market.
Negotiate with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns.
Present creative work to clients for approval or modification.
Proactively introduce new products (up-selling), respond to client inquiries, and find solutions for clients, maximizing our services use, value, and revenue potential with clients.
Contribute to product development and service development initiatives.
Required Skills:
2-5 years business development experience in digital advertising industry with strong experience in Search & Display media buying.
Experience supporting Sales teams through creation of enablement assets including pitch decks, case studies, benchmark documents and vertical-specific sales narratives.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and revenue margins.
Well-connected in the local online ecosystem, especially with products focusing on advertisers, brands and agencies.
Ability to optimize campaigns daily and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
Strong expertise in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, performance trackers) and PowerPoint for client-facing presentations.
Ability to build and streamline internal processes across Sales, Operations and Reporting teams.
Ability to independently manage and present to US-based clients and agencies.
Willingness to work overlapping US hours as required for client calls.
Strong coordination skills to ensure timely campaign launches, optimization and reporting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
