Manufacturing Domain Expert

We are seeking a senior Manufacturing Domain Expert to join a high-impact transformation program focused on enterprise-scale operational excellence and digital enablement.

This role is designed for seasoned strategy professionals who bring deep end-to-end understanding of manufacturing operations and can translate operational complexity into structured transformation roadmaps. The ideal candidate combines strong domain depth (approximately 70%) with solid technology awareness (approximately 30%), enabling informed decisions across business and systems landscapes.

You will conduct structured current-state assessments across production planning, shop-floor operations, quality management, maintenance, procurement, supply chain, inventory, logistics, and distribution. You will also collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Risk functions to ensure enterprise-wide alignment.

A strong working knowledge of ERP ecosystems, MES platforms, plant systems, and manufacturing technology stacks is essential. You should be comfortable assessing process maturity, identifying performance levers, and defining measurable future-state operating models.

We are looking for candidates with:

- Experience in top-tier consulting firms or large enterprise transformation programs - Strong exposure to manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, OTIF, throughput, yield, cycle time, and working capital metrics - Ability to conduct diagnostic workshops and executive presentations - Exceptional structured thinking, communication, and presentation skills

This role requires the ability to operate at both plant-floor and boardroom levels with clarity and credibility.

Candidates with Textile, Paper and Chemical Industry experience preferred.
