The Mission To build and scale the visual identity of PMC Hindi across YouTube (long form) and Shorts/Reels — turning every piece of content into a high-retention, emotionally compelling, cinematic experience.

This role owns visual execution.

Growth Outcomes (By Dec 2026 ) - Improve long-form average watch time significantly - Produce 200+ high-retention Shorts - Establish a distinct PMC Hindi visual style - Contribute to scaling YouTube to 15 lakh+ subscribers

Non-Negotiables - Based in Delhi or willing to relocate - Has consumed PMC Hindi content and Meditate - Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-expectation team - Deep respect for meditation & self improvement scientific subjects

Execution Responsibilities - Own the full editing lifecycle (raw footage → final export) - Structure long-form videos for retention - Convert long-form insights into short-form impact - Handle motion graphics through promos and visuals internally - Integrate AI visuals where relevant - Ensure timely publishing — nothing slips

Storytelling Understands narrative arc, emotional build, and audience retention.

Colour & Visual Sensitivity Knows how grading influences emotional tone.

Sound Intelligence Understands music layering, silence, and subtle SFX usage.

Motion Design Creates clean, minimal, high-quality animated elements.

Platform Fluency Understands YouTube long-form behavior and Shorts algorithm.

Ownership Works independently. Delivers consistently.

Tools Premiere Pro After Effects Photoshop /Illustrator AI visual tools (Midjourney / Runway / similar)

This role shapes how meditation looks, feels, and scales in digital India.
