General Manager

to lead our 94-key luxury wildlife retreat in Jim Corbett.

This property features: 94 well-appointed rooms & suites Large-scale MICE & wedding infrastructure (7,000 sq. ft. + 3,500 sq. ft. pillar-less halls) 40,000 sq. ft. open lawns for destination weddings Resort-style recreation & dining facilities

We are looking for a hospitality leader who understands: Destination wedding & MICE revenue optimization Wildlife & experiential leisure positioning Strong cost control & GOP management Team building in resort environments

Key Responsibilities: Full P&L accountability Driving occupancy & ARR growth Building strong wedding & corporate segments Operational excellence across Rooms, F&B & Events Guest satisfaction & brand reputation management

Ideal Candidate: 12–18 years in hospitality Minimum 3–5 years as Resort Manager/GM Experience in wedding-driven resorts preferred Strong commercial acumen
