Role Summary Drive education loan sales and on-ground penetration at the assigned centre Support student loan onboarding and documentation process Coordinate with centre teams for better loan adoption Act as primary FinZ representative at the centre Achieve monthly and quarterly loan targets

Key Responsibilities Promote and convert education loan leads Assist students and parents with application and approval process Maintain daily records and share progress updates Coordinate with Credit, Ops, and Risk teams Conduct product awareness sessions at centre Ensure compliance with NBFC norms and company policies Resolve student and parent queries effectively

Key Skills Strong communication and local language proficiency Sales and target oriented approach Relationship management skills Basic knowledge of education loan process and compliance Good documentation and reporting discipline
