Urgent hiring Workplace - Bhandup West Key ResponsibilitiesMotion Graphics & Video Design and animate motion graphics for social media, ads, product videos, explainers, reels, and short-form content Edit videos including cuts, transitions, color correction, sound syncing, subtitles, and basic VFX Create visually engaging animations using typography, icons, illustrations, and product visuals Optimize videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, website, etc.) Static Graphic Design Design static creatives for social media posts, ads, banners, thumbnails, website sections, and emailers Create brand-aligned visuals for campaigns, launches, and promotions Adapt designs across multiple formats and sizes while maintaining visual consistency Creative Collaboration Collaborate with marketing, performance, content, and design teams to understand briefs and objectives Translate concepts, scripts, and storyboards into compelling visuals Incorporate feedback and iterate designs efficiently within timelines
