Technology Delivery Manager

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Technology Delivery Manager with strong experience (5–10 years' experience) in software development and technology delivery who can lead cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end software project delivery across web, mobile and enterprise integrations, and act as a key point of contact for clients. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, visibility, and growth potential. Someone with the technical grit of a developer and the strategic mind of a COO, who wants to move beyond just “managing projects” and step into a leadership track role, working directly with the Founder (26+ years in technology consulting).

This is not a corporate middle-management role.

This is a build-with-us role.

Project & Delivery ownership

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery - Drive sprint planning, resource allocation & release management - Manage full SDLC using Agile/Scrum - Guide cross-functional teams (with Dev, QA, UI/UX & DevOps teams - Handle client communication, stakeholder alignment & change management - Ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery - Improve accountability, clarity, and execution rhythm

Client Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients - Be the trusted bridge between client and delivery team - Translate business needs into execution plans - Manage expectations with confidence and clarity - Manage expectations and proactively address concerns - Build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities

Work alongside the Founder

- Participate in solution discussions - Contribute to delivery strategy - Learn how consulting businesses scale - Gradually take independent ownership of accounts

Who This role is perfect for

- 5-10 years of strong experience in managing technology/software development, consulting projects - Someone who has led teams but wants larger responsibility - Proven ability to handle direct client communication and stakeholder engagement - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, MS Project, etc.) - Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies - Relevant educational background in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field is required. - PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant project management certifications are advantageous. - Prior experience in consulting or enterprise-focused project delivery is a plus.
