Job Description :

• Provide functional support for Oracle EBS SCM, covering inventory, shipping, and receiving operations. • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, design solutions, and test enhancements. • Liaise with Oracle Support for defect resolution and system-related issues. • Work closely with CABI’s business users as a dedicated functional consultant. • Provide initial focus on Supplier Portal, ASN (Advance Shipment Notice), and Warehouse-related activities. • Engage directly with business stakeholders to: • Support day-to-day operational queries and incidents. • Participate in discussions on new initiatives and system enhancements. • Gather and document requirements. • Recommend solution options aligned with business needs.
