Role Summary

The Master Trainer is a senior academic, training, and pre-sales enablement role responsible for driving high-quality delivery and successful adoption of Wizklub’s technology programs across schools. The role combines pre-sales demos, workshops, and stakeholder engagement with program delivery, quality assurance, and Learning & Development (L&D) enablement. This position acts as the academic and technical face of Wizklub for school leadership, teachers, students, and parents, while also serving as a key on-ground extension of the central L&D team.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Pre-Sales, Demos & Workshop Closure - Conduct pre-sales academic demos and program walkthroughs for school management, teachers, students, and parents. - Represent Wizklub as the academic and technical expert during school meetings, presentations, and partner discussions. - Deliver student, parent, and stakeholder demos showcasing curriculum, pedagogy, projects, and learning outcomes. - Plan and execute end-to-end workshops in Coding, AI and Robotics : a) Academic preparation and content readiness b) On-ground delivery and learner engagement c) Coordination with sales, school teams, and internal stakeholders d) Workshop closure with Collections, reporting, and feedback collection - Address academic, technical, and outcome-related queries to support school onboarding, conversions, and renewals. - Support sales and partnerships teams by building credibility, trust, and confidence through high-quality academic engagement. - Capture insights from demos and workshops to strengthen program positioning and continuous improvement.

Phase 2: Program Delivery, Quality & L&D Enablement - Deliver engaging, hands-on training in Coding, AI and Robotics for students and teachers. - Mentor learners to successfully complete projects with strong conceptual understanding and practical application. - Audit classroom sessions conducted by teachers and trainers to ensure adherence to Wizklub’s pedagogy, quality benchmarks, and learner outcomes. - Coach, train, and upskill teachers through classroom observations, feedback, demonstrations, and structured training sessions. - Act as an on-ground extension of the Learning & Development (L&D) team by: a) Implementing training frameworks and delivery standards b) Sharing field insights for curriculum and pedagogy enhancement - Conduct program orientations, academic reviews, and implementation walkthroughs for school leadership and academic coordinators. - Ensure consistent program quality, effective implementation, and learner centric outcomes across Karnataka and Maharashtra. - Travel extensively to schools, partner locations, demo venues, and workshop sites as required.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology (Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields). - 3–5 years of hands-on experience in electronics, embedded systems, and/or software programming. - Strong interest and proven capability in teaching, mentoring, pre-sales demos, and workshops. - Experience with project-based and experiential learning models. - Excellent communication, presentation, observation, and feedback skills. - Ability to confidently engage with school management, parents, teachers, and students. - High ownership, adaptability, and passion for education and technology adoption.
