Job Location: Bengaluru

Responsibilities: To handle user queries across calls, email, and chat, support KYC/onboarding, and ensure a smooth platform experience.

Mandatory to Have:

• 18–36 months of customer support experience

• Fintech/stockbroking/BFSI background preferred

• Strong communication skills

• Hindi & English fluency mandatory

• Understanding of trading/investment terms

• NISM Series VIII (preferred) / Series V-A (acceptable)

CTC -Upto 7 LPA
