The role involves property sourcing, client management, and connecting buyers, sellers, and agents across our expanding network. Responsibilities Source properties (plots, apartments, villas, commercial units) across Chennai & Tamil Nadu. Build and maintain relationships with developers and promoters. Handle buyer leads, schedule site visits, and close deals. Coordinate with IQI Global country heads for international property requirements. Enroll agents into Jemi Lixo’s real estate network and maintain agent documentation. Prepare property forms, agreements, and checklists. Maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports. Work closely with the COO on assigned tasks. Skills & Qualifications 2–3 years prior real estate experience. Strong knowledge of the Chennai property market. Good communication & negotiation skills. Ability to handle clients professionally. Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
