Job Title: RBI Engineer(Pipeline Integrity) Locations: PAN INDIA Experience: 5-10 Years (Relevant) Employment Type: Contract to Hire Work Mode : Work From Office Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Job Description: RBI Engineer (Pipeline Integrity) – 5–8 Years Experience Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 years’ experience as an RBI engineer in upstream or midstream oil & gas companies such as ONGC, OIL, Cairn, Gail, Essar, or RIL Alternatively, a total of 5–8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in oil production and the remaining years with engineering firms like LTTS, TOYO, EIL, or TECHNIMONT, specifically working as an RBI engineer in EPC settings Core Competencies Proficient in corrosion loop/circuit identification Experienced in conducting Damage Mechanism Reviews (DMR), material degradation analysis, and Identifying Integrity Operating Windows (IOW) Thorough understanding of API 580 and API 581 standards Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) programs Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to ensure the integrity and reliability of equipment and facilities Analyze data to identify potential hazards and failure mechanisms
