Who We Are Looking For: Industry Background:

You come from

media, entertainment, or marketing . This is important because we need someone familiar with the pace, culture, and nuances of our industry. Experience:

2–3 years of hands-on HR experience – no more, no less. Location:

Fully

on-site in Mulund . Remote or hybrid candidates cannot be considered for this role.

What You’ll Do: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement programs. Support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to a high-performing workplace culture. Work closely with leadership to implement HR strategies that fit the dynamic media/marketing environment. Bring fresh ideas and energy to HR processes and employee experience.
