Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

with strong expertise in

end‑to‑end implementation and support

across any region (US, UK) and any Oracle HCM Core module.

Key Responsibilities Lead and support

end‑to‑end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations

and ongoing support projects. Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, define solutions, and perform system configuration. Work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality and timely deliverables. Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced project environment.

Required Skills & Experience Strong functional understanding of

Global HR

and at least one additional module: Core HR, US Payroll, UK Payroll, Absence, OTL, ORC, Talent, Learn, Benefits, Compensation, Helpdesk/HRHD , etc. Hands‑on experience in

full‑cycle implementation projects

(1–2 cycles preferred). Ability to translate business needs into effective Oracle HCM Cloud configurations. Experience with

Fast Formulas

(Payroll, Absence, Compensation, or OTL). Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work across multiple regions and modules.
