User Interface & User Experience Designer

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps - Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications - Develop prototypes and mockups using industry-standard tools - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions - Ensure design consistency through style guides and design systems - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability - Conduct A/B testing and implement improvements based on user feedback - Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field - 3+ years of proven UI/UX design experience - Strong portfolio demonstrating UI and UX projects - Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles - Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approach - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles - Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards - Experience in interaction design and animation tools - Exposure to usability testing tools and analytics platforms
