Role Overview We’re looking for a high-agency, sharp, and execution-focused

Chief of Staff/ Sr. Manager - Special Projects

to work directly with the Founder. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations: driving key initiatives, bringing structure to ambiguity, and ensuring high-priority projects move from idea to outcome. You will act as a force multiplier for the Founder, helping translate vision into execution, building processes, tracking performance, and solving cross-functional challenges across teams. This role is ideal for someone who has spent 2–4 years in

Strategy / Founder’s Office / Consulting / Early-stage startup roles , and is looking to deepen their exposure to company-building.

Key Responsibilities Partner with the Founder on high-impact strategic initiatives. Break down business priorities into structured execution roadmaps. Drive cross-functional projects across sales, marketing, operations, product, and finance. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business deep-dives to support decision-making. Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end with clear owners and timelines. Step into critical initiatives during scale or transition phases. Ensure time, capital, and resources are deployed toward highest-impact priorities. Support strategic partnerships and new market evaluations. Identify high-ROI opportunities and eliminate low-leverage initiatives. Identify execution gaps and implement scalable processes.

Who We’re Looking For 2 - 4 years of experience in

Strategy, Consulting, Founder’s Office, or high-growth startups . Strong business acumen and ability to understand financials, metrics, and growth levers. Experience working closely with a Founder / CXO is highly preferred. Structured thinker with strong problem-solving ability. High ownership mindset - comfortable operating in ambiguity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination ability. Bias for action - gets things done.
