Job Description

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and target markets through research, networking, and cold calling. Qualify leads and gather relevant information to determine their needs and interest in the productor service. Utilize various sources such as databases, social media, and industry events to generate new leads. Customize Emails to show relevance to the industry being targeted. Fix technical meetings once the Lead is minimal BANT Qualified.

CRM Management: Manage the Leads pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system. Prioritize leads and opportunities based on their potential value and likelihood of closing. Maintaining Database on a regular basis.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with other members of the sales team, as well as marketing, product, and customer support teams, to align strategies and achieve common goals. Share insights, feedback, and best practices with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes Requirements Minimum Requirements: Strong Communication skills and Email writing skills Able to keep himself / herself always motivated while doing cold-calling B.Tech or M.Tech with relevant experience of 2-5 years Experience working on any CRM tool Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize activities.
