Job Description
We are looking for a senior transformation leader to build and institutionalize a long-term business transformation capability. This role will anchor a permanent transformation office that drives sustained
revenue growth, EBITDA expansion, and cultural change
across multiple business verticals including Energy Solutions, Mobility, Retail, and Industrial/Manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will ensure that transformation outcomes endure beyond external consulting support by embedding strong governance, innovation, and customer-centric ways of working across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Build a Permanent Transformation Office
Establish and scale a self-sustaining transformation engine delivering
₹30–40 Cr+ recurring annual EBITDA impact
Drive cost discipline, revenue ideation, and structural improvements (e.g., COGS optimization, energy efficiency, renewables integration)
Institutionalize Long-Term Value Creation
Embed robust processes, tools, and frameworks for continuous improvement
Ensure capability transfer, knowledge retention, and independent governance models
Strengthen Governance & Value Tracking
Lead monthly SteerCo cadence, value realization dashboards, and performance tracking
Link business unit incentives to transformation outcomes and P&L impact
Align Transformation with Strategic Roadmap
Ensure initiatives support phased growth journeys (Core Optimization → Capability Build → New Growth Horizons)
Enable portfolio shifts and strategic priorities across businesses
Drive Cultural & Capability Embedding
Champion innovation and continuous improvement programs (Six Sigma, hackathons, academia partnerships, best-project recognitions)
Foster ownership, accountability, and change adoption across all organizational levels
Required Experience & Skills
10–15 years of experience , including
5–7 years with a Tier-1 consulting firm
(McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent)
Proven track record of leading
large-scale enterprise transformations
in industrial, automotive, energy, or manufacturing-led organizations
Demonstrated success in building
internal transformation capabilities post-consulting
Delivered
₹50 Cr+ sustained EBITDA improvement
in complex or diversified organizations
Strong expertise in:
Structured problem-solving and strategic execution
Change management and cultural transformation
Innovation and continuous improvement frameworks
Cross-functional stakeholder influence and governance
Deep understanding of
industrial/manufacturing profit drivers , cost structures, and value levers
