: We are a specialized offshore accounting firm partnering with U.S. CPA and accounting firms. Our focus is on accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and long-term client success while enabling structured career growth for accounting professionals.

: The

will manage core bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting operations for U.S. clients. This role requires strong software proficiency, analytical capability, and client coordination skills.

: • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks / Xero • Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial reports • Handle AP/AR processes, vendor coordination, and client invoicing • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and support month-end closing • Coordinate with clients for daily accounting requirements and documentation

: • 1–4 years of accounting experience (U.S. accounting preferred) • Working knowledge of QuickBooks / Xero • Strong Excel and analytical skills • Effective communication skills for client coordination • Ability to work in U.S. shift timings
