We are looking for an experienced
Bakery Sous Chef
to join our production team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in artisan breads, bakery production, and team supervision while maintaining high quality and hygiene standards.
Location:
PR-7 Aerocity Airport Road, Motia Guildford Square, Zirakpur
Experience Required:
4+ years in bakery production / professional kitchen
Industry:
Fine Dine / Central Kitchen / Premium Bakery
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily bakery production and ensure consistency & quality
• Prepare artisan breads, sourdough, laminated doughs & baked goods
• Supervise and train junior staff & commis
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and FIFO standards
• Monitor inventory, wastage, and production planning
• Ensure timely production as per operational needs
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of bakery techniques & fermentation
Experience in high-volume production kitchens preferred
Leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
