Hiring: Senior Automation Engineer (AI-Native, Regulated Systems)

We are building an AI-native execution platform where AI agents make decisions and automation workflows execute them reliably at scale.

These workflows are core production assets used in regulated industries.

Automation here is software engineering, not low-code tinkering.

This is not a citizen-developer or junior role.

Your mission

- Design, build, test, release, and own production-grade automation workflows - Make workflows reusable, composable, callable by AI agents - Ensure workflows are versioned, tested, monitored, auditable - Operate in a human-in-the-loop model (automation by default, humans for edge cases)

What you’ll do

- Build automation as engineered products with explicit contracts - Use: - Power Automate (cloud) and Azure Logic Apps for orchestration - Azure Functions for glue code, validation, adapters, transformations - Write real code (JS/TS/Python/PowerShell), not fragile scripts - Treat workflows as code: CI/CD, reviews, environments, rollbacks - Own workflows in production: reliability, incidents, fixes - Curate a governed Automation Library consumed by humans and AI agents

You have

- Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate and/or Azure Logic Apps - Strong API-driven integration and event-driven workflow experience - Solid coding skills in at least one of JS, TS, Python, or PowerShell - Experience with CI/CD, retries, idempotency, observability - An engineering mindset: automation is long-lived infrastructure
