We are looking for a dynamic and design-oriented

Sales Manager

to join our team full-time, on-site in Bengaluru. This role is specifically tailored for the interior design industry, where understanding client aspirations, spatial requirements, budgets, and timelines is essential. The Sales Manager will: Lead and manage the sales pipeline for residential and commercial interior projects Generate qualified leads through on-field networking with builders, real estate sales teams, channel partners, and developers Convert design consultations into confirmed projects Work closely with the design team to align client expectations with creative proposals Drive revenue growth while maintaining a premium brand experience Ensure smooth handover from sales to design and execution teams Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to interior projects Build strong relationships with real estate developers, builders, and channel partners to generate consistent project leads Conduct client meetings, understand design briefs, and present company capabilities Negotiate project terms while maintaining brand positioning Track sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets Maintain long-term client relationships and encourage referrals Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the

interior design, architecture, real estate, or construction industry Strong understanding of residential and commercial interior project cycles Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to manage on-field meetings and networking activities Strong customer relationship management skills Target-driven with strategic thinking ability Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
