About us

The Inside Company makes short-form videos that break down cities, businesses, and money — in a way that's smart, visual, and actually fun to watch.

We're looking for a Creative Director who can:

- Turn ideas into visually stunning stories - Shape our brand's look, feel, and creative voice - Lead design, animation, and visual direction across projects - Make sure every video feels consistent, sharp, and scroll-stopping

You might be a great fit if you:

- Think in visuals, frames, and storytelling (not just slides) - Have strong skills in branding, art direction, and graphic design - Can lead projects (and people) without losing the creative spark - Care about both aesthetics and clarity - Have minimun 2 years of experience in media, content, design, or creative production

Bonus points if you love YouTube, short-form content, or explaining complex things simply.
