Position: Civil Planning Manager (P6 / MSP)

Project Nature: Data Center Building

Project Location: Palava / Airoli / Mahape - Navi Mumbai

Domain: Civil Engineering

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; Master’s in Project Management is an added advantage. - 05 to 17 years of experience in the Planning activities for EPC projects within the Building/Factories domain. - Strong expertise in Primavera P6 / MS Project P6 for project scheduling and planning. - Good understanding of civil engineering construction methods, resource planning, and cost control. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. - Ability to lead the planning function independently and manage multiple project interfaces.

- Key Responsibilities - Develop, monitor, and update the Master Project Schedule using tools such as Primavera (P6) or MS Project. - Prepare baseline schedules, resource plans, procurement schedules, and cash flow projections. - Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress; prepare progress reports and variance analysis. - Coordinate with site teams, project managers, procurement, engineering, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to timelines. - Oversee planning and forecasting for manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontracted works. - Ensure compliance with project timelines, cost parameters, and contractual requirements. - Support the management team with MIS reports, dashboards, and planning insights for decision-making. - Participate in client meetings, planning reviews, and progress discussions. - Assist in tender planning, project budgeting, and preparation of technical proposals when required.
