Vice President of Investor Relations

Role Overview

We are expanding our IPO Placement & Investor Relations team and are looking for an experienced AVP to lead an investor placement pod. The role involves building strong relationships with HNI investors, family offices, PMS/AIF funds and institutional participants who actively participate in IPOs and pre IPO investments. The AVP will lead a small team responsible for investor outreach, book building support, and driving demand for IPO transactions.

Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain relationships with HNI investors, family offices, PMS and AIF funds. • Lead investor outreach for SME and Mainboard IPO opportunities. • Coordinate with investment banking teams during investor marketing and roadshows. • Build and manage an active database of IPO investors. • Lead a team of placement associates and monitor investor engagement. • Support successful book building and investor allocation processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: 6–12 years in capital markets, institutional sales, wealth management, investment banking, or investor relations. Education: MBA / CA / CFA preferred. Skills: Strong investor relationships, capital markets understanding, excellent communication and leadership capabilities
