About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Onboarding Account Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for freshers or early‑career professionals who want to build their career in customer onboarding, account coordination, and the solar industry. You will support the onboarding of new clients, assist the technical team, and ensure a smooth transition into our platform/products.

Key Responsibilities • Assist customers during the onboarding process and ensure smooth communication. • Coordinate between internal teams (technical, operations, sales) for faster onboarding. • Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the team. • Support in creating onboarding documentation, checklists, and customer records. • Help troubleshoot basic technical issues related to onboarding. • Maintain accurate tracking of onboarding progress. • Ensure timely follow‑ups with clients.

Minimum Requirements • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) for international communication. • Ability to understand technical concepts related to solar/electrical engineering. • Good problem‑solving and coordination skills. • Basic knowledge of customer service and documentation. • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications • Prior exposure to or interest in the solar industry (training/internship/academic projects). • Basic understanding of solar panels, inverters, or solar installation processes. • Experience with CRM tools or onboarding software (added advantage, not mandatory).
