Faculty Manager

Role Overview We are looking for a

senior Academic & Faculty Manager

who will work

very closely with SSEI leadership

to

build, manage, and scale the faculty ecosystem

across consumer (B2B2C) and institutional (B2B) programs. This is a

high-ownership role

combining

faculty hiring, academic quality control, scheduling, and leadership coordination . Key Responsibilities ●

Identify, approach, negotiate with, and hire faculty

across finance and allied domains ●

Manage faculty quality

through content review, demo evaluations, student feedback, and ongoing monitoring ●

Compile and curate faculty content

(recorded videos, sessions, academic material) ●

Roster faculty schedules

across live, recorded, and institutional programs ●

Coordinate meetings between faculty and SSEI leadership ; document and circulate MoMs, notes, and action items ● Act as the

academic bridge between faculty, leadership, and B2B partners ● Ensure

consistent academic standards

across all SSEI offerings Candidate Profile ● Strong experience in

academic management, faculty coordination, or education operations ● Comfortable working with

senior faculty and leadership teams ● Excellent

communication, negotiation, and documentation skills ● Background in

finance education / edtech / universities

preferred ● Willingness to relocate to
