Role Overview
Wild Glow Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly creative and strategic Art Director to lead and elevate our brandโs visual identity across all digital, social, e-commerce, and marketing touchpoints. The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of creative leadership, design excellence, brand storytelling, and team management, with deep exposure to digital-first brands.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Brand Direction
Define and maintain the visual identity and creative language of Wild Glow Cosmetics across platforms.
Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for skincare, beauty launches, seasonal promotions, and brand storytelling.
Translate brand strategy into compelling visual narratives across digital, social media, website, performance ads, and offline assets.
Ensure consistency of design across all brand touchpoints.
Design & Execution
Oversee and contribute to high-quality design output including:
Social media creatives & ad creatives
Website & e-commerce UI/UX layouts
Campaign key visuals & storyboards
Brand kits, pitch decks, brochures & packaging concepts
Video creatives (motion graphics, reels, edits)
Review and approve all final creatives before publishing or production.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Lead, manage, and mentor graphic designers, video editors, and junior creatives.
Allocate tasks based on skill sets, timelines, and project priorities.
Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure continuous improvement.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven creative culture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, performance, content, and e-commerce teams to align creatives with business KPIs.
Collaborate with copywriters to ensure strong visualโcontent synergy.
Coordinate with developers for UI/UX execution and design feasibility.
Participate in campaign planning, brainstorming sessions, and strategy meetings.
Digital & Marketing Alignment
Design creatives optimized for performance marketing (Meta, Google, marketplace ads).
Use insights from digital marketing and user behavior to create conversion-driven designs.
Conduct competitor and trend analysis within the beauty & skincare industry.
Support social media calendar planning and campaign execution.
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Advanced knowledge of UI/UX design using Figma & Adobe XD.
Experience with motion graphics & video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Hands-on experience with social media creatives, ads, and e-commerce design.
Ability to conceptualize brand campaigns from idea to execution.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and user engagement.
Experience with AI tools, 3D illustrations, and modern design trends is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of experience in graphic design with at least 2โ3 years in an Art Director / Senior Creative role.
Prior experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
