Job Title: HR Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable, organized and people-centric HR Manager who will take ownership of building and strengthening our HR systems across both business verticals — UltraCare PRO and Zealmax Ortho.

This role is not just operational — it is about creating structure, improving culture, and enabling business growth through strong people practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy & execution - Drive smooth onboarding and employee lifecycle management - Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes - Manage employee relations, conflict resolution & grievance handling - Ensure proper attendance, leave & HRIS management - Oversee performance management & appraisal systems - Support leadership in team development & capability building - Drive employee engagement & retention initiatives - Ensure compliance with labour laws & HR best practices - Manage compensation, benefits & fairness across roles - Conduct exit interviews & ensure smooth offboarding - Generate HR reports & insights for management decision-making - Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who brings stability, ownership and long-term commitment.

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in HR with exposure to complete HR lifecycle - Strong understanding of labour laws & HR frameworks - Experience in building or improving HR systems & processes - Excellent leadership, communication & decision-making skills - Highly organized and process-driven personality - Ability to manage teams and multiple priorities - A dependable professional seeking long-term growth with the organization
