Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Visa Processing Executive located in Surat. The responsibilities include guiding and assisting clients through the student visa application process, reviewing and processing documentation, conducting data collection and analysis, and maintaining accurate records of all applications. The role also involves researching visa guidelines, following up with students and stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth visa application experience.

Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with clients and stakeholders Proficiency in analytical skills for assessing visa requirements and problem-solving Knowledge of data processing and order processing for documentation and record-keeping Familiarity with market research related to visa regulations and educational opportunities abroad Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience Experience in visa processing or education consultancy is an advantage
