Role Overview Indian Institute of Vedic Science (IIVS) is hiring a Meta & Google Ads Expert who will take end-to-end responsibility for lead generation performance.This role is focused on planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing lead-gen campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a strong emphasis on lead quality, CPL control, and conversion efficiency. This is not a traffic or execution-only role. Performance will be judged on lead intent, sales feedback, and business impact. Core Responsibility Deliver high-quality leads at a controlled CPL from Google & Meta, while continuously improving lead-to-enrollment performance.

Key Responsibilities Google Ads (Lead Gen Focus)

● Execute and optimize Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max campaigns

● Improve keyword intent, match types, negatives, placements, and budgets

● Identify and fix low-quality lead sources and junk traffic

● Diagnose CPL drops, quality fluctuations, and scaling issues Meta Ads (Lead Gen & Funnel Optimization) ● Run and optimize Meta Lead Gen & Conversion campaigns

● Test creatives, audiences, formats, and lead form

● Analyze lead quality at campaign, ad set, and creative level

● Optimize funnels based on sales feedback Performance Analysis & Optimization

● Track and analyze CPL, CTR, CVR, lead quality, and funnel performance

● Work closely with sales to improve lead qualification

● Run A/B tests on creatives, copies, landing pages, and forms

● Scale winners, pause underperformers quickly Tracking, Reporting & Attribution

● Manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics & GTM

● Ensure data accuracy across platforms

● Prepare daily/weekly performance reports with insights, not just numbers

● Track performance course-wise and campaign-wise Cross-Functional Collaboration

● Coordinate with creative, content, and sales teams

● Ensure smooth lead handover and feedback loops

● Align paid campaigns with overall growth goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 1.5–3 years of hands-on experience in Google & Meta lead generation

● Mandatory experience in EdTech or high-ticket lead funnels

● Strong understanding of lead intent, funnels, and optimization

● Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA, GTM

● Data-driven, analytical, and accountable mindset

● Comfortable in a performance-driven environment What Success Looks Like
